HiHope – Enhancing wellbeing through exploring art.

Welcome to a journey of self-wellbeing and balance. My work is dedicated to enhancing your wellbeing through my experience in psychology and the unique insights I've gained as an artist. Together, we’ll unlock your innate creativity, using art as a powerful tool to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and restore harmony in your life.

In every session, participants use art to safely explore emotions, gain insight, and leave feeling more grounded.

Sunday Mornings At Glucksman

Art & Wellbeing Workshop by Amal Hope

Date: Sundays 4 May, 11 May, 18 May, 25 May, 1 June, 8 June

Time: 11am – 12:30 pm

Location: The Glucksman Gallery, UCC

Join me for a new series of Sunday morning classes that promote wellbeing through creativity.

The classes will provide a variety of art based activities in a calm, positive environment. No previous art experience required.

Each stand-alone class runs for 90 minutes and all materials are provided.

Retreat - Art & Wellbeing Workshops at Triskel

Date: 6 & 7 June 2025

Time: 11am – 3:30 pm

Location: Triskel Arts Centre

RETREAT - An immersive 2 day journey through mindfulness, movement and artistic exploration

This is a space of joy, slowness, and discovery, where you will experiment with new techniques, connecting with yourself and with inspiring artists. Workshops take place on 6 & 7 June from 11am – 3:30pm, with a break from 12-1pm
